Leisure Facilities

Registration.
In order that we can ensure only eligible residents use the facility, we will require all residents to register at the Estate Manager’s Office. Before access is granted residents will need to read and sign a liability disclaimer notice and provide proof of identity and residence.  You are required to show some form of photo ID with your name on and, for owners your most recent service charge demand whilst tenants will need to produce a valid tenancy agreement in addition to photo ID.  The Porters will then activate your Key Fob to allow access to the pool and gym.  Key Fobs for tenants will be de-activated at the end of the tenancy agreement so will need to be re-activated in the event of there being an extension to the tenancy agreement. Through this process we will be able to monitor the use of the facility.
Opening HoursThe swimming pool is open from 06.00 to 23.00 every day and the gym from 06.30 to 22.30.  However the periods between 06.00 to 10.00 and 17.00 to 21.00 Monday to Friday are designated as Peak Hours during which guests are not permitted to use the facility.
