Meet the Team that work around the clock at Cyclops Wharf

The role of the Porters is primarily to manage the estate and associated services.  They monitor the site security systems covering the car parks, leisure centre and access points.  They are the primary point of contact with all contractors responsible for site maintenance.  They also carry out all required H&S checks including electrical light testing, generator testing plus the daily checks of the pool and spa plant room and chemicals. Additionally, they take delivery of “signed for” mail and parcels; hold residents keys when required and distribute these as instructed to estate agents, contractors, cleaners etc.  The porters are also a useful point of reference for residents’ questions.  However, the porters are not there to “fetch and carry” for residents.
